The rustic character of the natural slate gives the facade a particularly exclusive appearance, which differs significantly from factory-made art products
Nature's clean and beautifully varied color shades give the facade an effective combination of light and shadow
With its layered material structure and unique breaking strength, CUPACLAD 101 LOGIC is a beautiful and safe choice for the facade, where it will protect the home from even extreme weather for several generations
The slates are delivered in the size 40x20 cm and are mounted on wooden laths with screws hidden in the slate overlay
When single overlays are used for facade covering, the individual natural slate slabs will be exposed to greater wind impact
The natural slate's bending tensile strength depends on the slate quality and thickness of the individual slate stones
In each individual case, the quantity of fixings and the dimensions of the slate must be assessed
Ordinary roofing slate should not be used as facade covering with a single overlay
All facade slates from CUPA go through a special sorting with a view to use for facades.
