Can I be called before delivery?
We cannot guarantee that the driver will call before delivery. We use different shipping companies.
When will my item be delivered?
We endeavor to deliver goods as quickly as possible
Do I have to be at home when my goods are delivered?
No, goods are generally delivered to the side of the vehicle or where the driver deems it appropriate to place them, without being a nuisance to others.
Small parcels can be delivered to the parcel shop

How do I pay?
Blikshop.dk accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay and Bank transfer
When will my money be withdrawn?
We withdraw the money when the goods have been dispatched
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, we will send an invoice when we complete the payment
Complaint/regret
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, it is possible to undo a purchase, unless it is specially produced products
