These conditions apply to every order on blikshop.dk . You must accept them before your order is completed. Blikshop.dk only enters into agreements with persons over the age of 18.

Agreements with children and young people under the age of 18 can only be entered into by parents or others who can legally act on behalf of the child or young person.
When you shop with Blikshop.dk, all agreements are made in Danish.


Order

At Blikshop.dk you order goods via our webshop. Immediately after your order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation that we have received your order. Should there be challenges with the delivery due to back order or discontinued items. Please hear from us as soon as possible, otherwise we will deliver to the desired delivery address.

If you create an account with us, you will be able to go back and see your previous orders.

Your order is processed immediately, therefore it is not possible to cancel your order.

If you have questions about a product that we do not have on the site, you are welcome to create a price inquiry.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. 25% VAT. Excl. freight.
Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
 All items are daily prices which are updated continuously. 

Payment

Blikshop.dk accepts payment with Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron , Mastercard , PayPal, MobilePay and Bank transfer.
The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.

In the case of bank transfer to our account , goods will only be completed once payment has been received. If transferred from a bank other than Kreditbanken, the payment cannot be seen until the following day.
Therefore, use instant transfer, as it can be viewed immediately.
For custom-made products, we deduct the amount when production is started.
All payment by card takes place through a secure SSL connection that encrypts your credit information so that no one can read it.

Delivery

Blikshop.dk strives to send orders regarding standard merchandise the following weekday .
We deliver to fixed islands throughout Denmark - excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland.
When delivering to a non-landlocked island, the order will be delivered to the port on the mainland.

Goods are delivered every weekday. Goods will be delivered to the chosen delivery address, unless otherwise agreed, as specified in the order.
Delivery to the allotment house/summer house takes place in any shared parking space or wherever the driver deems it possible.
What time of day the delivery takes place depends on the driver's route. The route is planned so that he does not have to drive back and forth in the country and use a lot of unnecessary resources.
Delivery will be made by truck or freight forwarder to a safe road where the driver believes he can drive without getting stuck or damaging the truck and the surroundings.
Unloading will take place to the wagon side and there is no possibility to crane the goods.

Steel can be delivered with extra long and heavy semi-trailers, the semi-trailers cannot drive on small roads, so there must be a drive-through so that he does not have to back up.
It is the driver who decides where he can drive.
We cannot guarantee that the individual driver will call upon delivery. Orders can be delivered by several different suppliers and therefore by several rounds.

Materials will be provided without signature. As it will cost you an extra drive-out to have it driven out again.

For custom-made and difficult-to-handle products (weight and volume ratio), including the Faroe Islands and Greenland , applies to special freight.
In these cases, the buyer can be contacted directly by Blikshop.dk. 

Your goods can be sent with
Danske Fra gtmænd , PostNord, DAO, Bring or GLS etc. Deliveries follow the conditions of the selected supplier. 

In some cases, your shipment will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop.

If you do not have the opportunity to receive the goods in person, it is important that you indicate when ordering where you want the goods to be delivered.
Smaller packages are sent with Postnord and they do not deliver without a signature unless you have receiver flex.

Delivery of goods from Blikshop.dk is considered to have taken place, in most cases it can be documented with a photo and GPS marking when the goods have been delivered and the responsibility for theft/damage also passes to you.

As a starting point, there is no possibility of collection.

Check the item immediately after receipt. If, contrary to expectations, there are errors or omissions, fill in one here complaint form

 

Complaints right 

The consumer is given a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, which is calculated from the delivery date. Our right of complaint applies to defects in the material and/or manufacturing.
You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.

The product must not be put into use before a possible complaint has been processed.
Blikshop.dk has no responsibility for damages caused by incorrect and inappropriate use of delivered goods.

Blikshop.dk will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Blikshop.dk must be contacted before goods are sent back .

Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery. Our complaint form MUST be completed before possibly return.

Right of withdrawal 

14 days are granted right of withdrawal on goods purchased at blikshop.dk. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you have received the last item ordered in the order.

The period is calculated from the day : 

- When you receive the order. 

- Receives the last item on your order in the case of an order with several suppliers

- Return costs are your own responsibility. 


Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. Please use the cancellation/return form .
You must send the form before sending back, as we must inform you where the item must be returned to, as we do not have our own warehouse. You cannot undo by simply refusing to receive the item.
You must be responsible for the return yourself. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly wrapped. Shipping goes faster if you use our cancellation/return form . You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back. We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or without distribution.

Condition of the item upon return 

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it. 

When returning, the item is repackaged in the manufacturer's original packaging and securely wrapped. Missing or not intact packaging can therefore be a reduction in value. Therefore, you must not stick stickers or write directly on the packaging or the product.

We recommend taking a photo of the product/package before collection or delivery. This can be used as possible documentation afterwards.

You must pay the costs yourself when returning the item, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal 

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal: 

- Goods which are specially manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch. 

- Items where the packaging is broken. 

- Goods where the goods have been put into use.

- Items purchased as a package purchase/joint purchase or items purchased with a minimum purchase can only be returned as a complete package purchase or at least the minimum amount set.

- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly. 

 

Refund 

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date where we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
In the event of a partial cancellation of a purchase for one or more items, shipping is not refunded.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided sufficient documentation to have returned it before then .  

 

Refund 

If it is a refund, please send bank details in the form of reg. no. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund. 

 

Appeal options 

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus .
