Flexicoat is a waterproofing material for roofs, non-walkable terraces, cornices, chimney bases, gutters, coverings, etc.
The product contains fibers for better sealing of cracks and holes.

Application:
Remove dust, mud, grease, moss and dead leaves carefully.
The repair sites are cleaned with a stiff brush and dusted.
After cleaning, AC Flexicoat with fiber can be applied directly to bituminous substrates, hard PVC, polyester, zinc, aluminium, glass and clinker.
Porous materials (concrete, stone and wood) must first be dry.
They are impregnated with AC Flexicoat diluted 30% with AC Thinner.
For areas that have been repeatedly repaired, significant or active areas, AC Flexicoat with fiber should be applied across cracks and crevices.
