Flue venting is mounted on the flue of a smooth-covered or slat-covered roofing felt pitched roof. It can be nailed or screwed on before covering with roofing felt.
The industry standard prescribes a minimum 10 degree slope.

The smoking vent is blackened with bitumen black in a width of approximately 50 mm along the edge

The roof is delivered flat, but is bent so that it fits the slope of the individual roof.
