FlashSeal is a paintable rubber that can be used for almost all types of moisture sealing, as well as sealing, protection and repair of flashings on the roof

FlashSeal is odorless and does not contain tin, phthalates, solvents, bitumen and isocyanate, while being UV-resistant even in direct contact with bitumen

The rubber paint must be applied in a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm and can cover cracks up to 5 mm

The surface must be dry and clean to achieve the best possible adhesion
