RHEINZINK SP line

A facade system that expresses a nice and simple appearance. It is clearly seen that it is a material of good quality. The panels can be installed horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

Rheinzink Facadepaneler SP-Line is suitable for buildings, as the panels are produced in robust and corrosion-resistant zinc, which does not lose strength and appearance over time.

It has been designed to be able to withstand all kinds of weather conditions, such as wind, sun, rain and snow, where the panel protects the house from moisture and thus keeps it in good condition.
Size for facade panels SP-Line is 35x300 cm.

Rheinzink Facadepaneller SP-Line have been designed so that they require very little maintenance to maintain a long and neat appearance.
The panels are therefore a better, more reliable and environmentally approved solution than plastic or other composites for facades.

For horizontal installation, start from the bottom and work your way up.

The panels are attached hidden to the substructure, which is made of wood or metal. The self-tapping screw is screwed at the top of the panel, the next panel is hooked down over the previous row, that way the screw is covered. The panels are easy to adapt as they can be cut to desired dimensions.

Building profiles must be used for corners, openings, connections and terminations.

If it is the facade, roof trusses, parapets or gables that are to be made, then it is recommended that the substructure is made of wooden battens. When covering large facades with several floors, it is recommended that the substructure is in 2 or more systems, where the substructure is aluminum 2.0 or steel in 1.5 mm.
